JP looked better then Enroth in both rookie camp and training camp IMO

Portland can take Enroth back. That Boston game was a disaster.

oh well granted, they skated like shit and they couldn't pass to save their lives. It didn't help that it was his NHL debut that game.

yo enroth might not be a high caliber backup like glenn healy was but he kept that game from being a total disaster the guys up front looked like some of the kids that are just starting to play ice hockey at like 5yrs old!!!!!

give enroth a break, he could have used some help from the defense....where were they on sat.

You can't blame the goalie alone, because it's a team act. If you don't remember, Enroth is fairly new to professional hockey, and he always gives it his all. JP also did very well during the two home games this weekend. I can only imagine it's a lot of pressure having to step in and show the team and fans what you've got. I think he made a great impression and I'd feel confident with him backing up Enroth any day of the week.

At least they arnt as bad as Toronto, Come on give Enroth a chance, at least the Sabres dont have Toskala

Rich I was referring to Donner. I live in Rochester but have Sabres season seats. Now that the vibe is back with the Amerks I am going to go again. I am not trying to flame Donner but the whole Rhino/Amerk/City mess was just that. Bringing in Nolan was great and i hope someday the 2 teams get back together again.
