Great store! Great Value! Great Merchandise!!!!I'm such a regular that sometimes my kids will say "Once Upon a Child" instead of "Once Upon a Time" in a story! It's too Cute :-)

I LOVE THE ONCE UPON A CHILD concept and am ALWAYS at 1 of the 2 stores here in town every week!!! However,even though I sually I have something AWESOME to say about OUAC,BUT today I had a horrid experience with the one in Chandler,AZ.VERY VERY poor customer service,especially from the store owner (they are a franchise apparently).They donated my ... See Moreclothes that they would not trade yesterday-without calling me-even though I called with a family emergency (Father In Law was locked out of his car @ the airport) and couldnt bre back before 7pm,but would be back today-I got there and ALL my clothes were GONE.What they werent going to trade were going to go to one of my friends baby.
