miss this incredible opportunity to learn new and creative painting
techniques that achieve more effective and engaging paintings from
nati...onally recognized painter Todd Plough.
Over the course of two Saturdays participants will learn new tips,
techniques, applications, and the “secrets” of successful painting.
Many of the techniques are deceptively simple but can make notable
differences in your work. Todd will incorporate open discussion and
demonstration while students practice, practice, practice. The initial
painting exercises will focus on monochromatic brushwork applications
so that the power and impact of brushwork is revealed. Along with
application techniques, Todd will also incorporate composition,
glazing, perspective, preparation of painting supports, color, and the
psychology of image making. This is two session workshop is boot camp
for the painter and participants should have an intermediate level of
painting ability. Please bring a bag lunch; cold beverages and
coffee/tea provided. Participants will receive the required supply list
at time of registration. Class size is limited; early registration is
strongly suggested.
