Who and Where: Aragon is a band that is based out of League City, TX, just south of Houston. Frank Aragon is the band leader, Matthew Aragon plays drums, and Cliff Torberson plays the bass. They've been playing together for the past 3 years in churches in the Houston and Beaumont and the South East Texas area. About...: Of course the three of them have their own musical taste, but they manage to put together a nice Texas style funk-rock sound, with a "bluesy" edge. Frank and Matthew have been playing together for 12 years now, and Cliff was the perfect fit with his funk-style. You'll find them working at during the day, and Frank serving on staff as worship pastor. But anytime there's an available stage, they don't mind loadin' the gear, and stompin' on the gas to get somewhere to play their hearts out.
