Missouri Clean Energy Initiative Check out an economic impact study of Prop C authored by David Laslo, PH.D., Public Policy Research Center at Univ. of Missouri STL. It says that Prop C will create over 10,000 jobs in Missouri and provide $1.16 billion dollars in new income for Missourians.
