To answer your question, Jennifer V...they are now cutting counselors, social workers and psychs. Our district of about 5,000ish, has get this...6 counselors, 3 social workers, and 2 psychs. Most don't have a caseload size, so there's not much our union can do.

Here is one counselor who was cut FIVE years ago when tihngs were not even so bad! They just go WITH NO HELP! When things would get chaotic PRE-cut, people would say, "Well at least it's job security!" NOT ANY LONGER! We CANNOT take it. My district doesn't have THAT kind of fund equity! Tax me before you cut me and cut services to my childen!
