Geeky Pleasures (which you can find at http://juliasherred.com but for easy remembering and to easily give the URL out to others, http://geekypleasures.com will get you to the same place) was started in August of 2009 after I realized that my Geeky Pleasures radio show ... (formally broadcasted at Party 934 |102.5 FM Hudson Valley, NY) and my blog no longer served as a sufficient outlet to share all the wonderful geeky things I come across throughout the day. Created by a geek for geeks, Geeky Pleasures is a hodgepodge of all things geek. Also it serves as a venue for me to feature independent musicians and artists that I feel deserve that extra boost of attention for whatever reason.
