The problem with Beck is that, like Rush Limbaugh, his facts are not sourced. He draws odd correlations between things such as architecture and facism, and then imposes his weird brain on the public with no editorial concern by FOX. Olberman is well sourced factually. Just a smarter guy with better mental and educational pedigree. He is as political on the other side, just smarter and better sourced to back up his side of the argument.

During a Fox & Friends discussion about the outcome of the November 3 elections, an on-screen graphic stated, "Republicans' hope rekindled; Wins send shockwaves thru Congress." In fact, only two races -- in New York and California -- had a congressional seat at stake, and Democrats won both.

In covering today's gubernatorial election in New Jersey, media conservatives have already begun to lay the groundwork to undermine Gov. Jon Corzine's potential victory by returning to what has become a predictable pattern: baseless accusations of voter fraud. ...

So, I suppose the next thing he's going to tell us is that Acorn advised New Jersey-ites to defeat Corzine, right? I guess Fund wrote these inane innuendoes of his 10 or more years ago & now he just trots them out whenever he thinks it will give the political situation an edge, as in "offense is the best defense"... well, it's partially true... he's undoubtedly offensive!

Harish Rao, you don't seem to understand something so very simple & elementary - something so utterly fundamental: There are many, many more people in the middle & lower economic classes, here in America, than there are in the wealthy class. The Republicans & Conservatives are champions of the wealthy class while the Democrats, Liberals & ... See MoreProgressives are champions of the middle & lower economic classes (theoretically speaking, at least). As such, there are many, many more millions of us Liberals/Progressives/Democrats than there are of you Republicans/Conservatives. Consequently, the only way you Republican/Conservatives can even HOPE to win is by fraudulently disenfranchising legitimate Democratic/Liberal/Progressive voters, which is exactly what you have been doing, historically. The biggest, most gross example of that type of theft was the presidential election heist pulled off by the NeoCon(dom)s in 2000 & aided & abetted by James Baker III & his boisterous band of bigots, thugs & hooligans, who violently forced a halt to the vote-counting & deliberately brought the 2000 election to the point of a constitutional crisis, which was then resolved by the cronies of George H.W. Bush on the Supreme Court, Judges Scalia, Thomas, etc., who INSTALLED George W. Bush as President in an extremely irregular ruling that was so irregular & peculiar that it was judged by them as not to be considered a precedent for subsequent Supreme Court rulings. That says just about all that needs to be said about the validity of that ruling, and about how entrenched voter fraud & stealing elections are, as a way of life, among Republicans & Conservatives. But, as Karl Rove has taught us so well, the best way for a criminal to get away with committing a crime is for him to accuse his victim of the same crime, which distracts everyone's attention from the fact that it is the criminal who is really the one committing the crime. Many people are sufficiently stupid & unaware that Rove's stratagem has often succeeded. But it takes a party as unconscionable as the Republicans to be able to pull off such a blatant sleight-of-hand so consistently, the same way that an inveterate liar, who doesn't get nervous when he lies, is easily able to pass a lie detector test. There's a saying, "Practice makes perfect" & you can rest assured that the Republicans surely have got a lot of practice over the years!

When I was the Chairman of the Kansas City Missouri Housing Authority ACORN would come to the meetings and ask "Why" they could be annoying but...they stood up for people that had no one representing them...when they complained about bad conditions at the developments I would urge them to get the tenants politically active; because activists get the job done!
