but something i want to complaint with you here that is about road problem at penang so lot road also are spoil but nobody to repair it,my oversea friend when come visit penang they are saying why road so lot hole and unbalances.so hope mr.lim ask some to repair it.especialist around bayan lepas there road is so trouble around batu maung and agilent there.

I need to bring to your attention to such an occurance at the MPSP office PERDA for your kind attention.
On 15 Dec at 7.30am ( first customer ) my parents visited the above office to make payment for assessment 2010 as early birds are entitled to fee parking coupons . Contrary to what was promised , they were told that they can only collect them next January 2010. Imagine their frustration. Don't have such gimmicks if U can't fufill your promise! Rakyat di susahkan. We also discovered from friends that the coupons are not the ordinary type ( 40 cts per piece).Instead its a RM 3-00 ( used for a day ). If U have the interest of the rakyat at heart , why issue RM 3.00 tickets .
To add insult to injury , the cashier was blunt ( counter 15).
When given five RM 50 notes ( cukai : RM 247.8 0 , she told my father to change a RM 50 note at a nearby stall . On giving to her , she demanded seven ringgit in small notes . Then she demanded 80 sen coins. ... See More
Even a petty trader does not do that to us . She has no money for change . I believe she has no cash to start off with. She said we must bring the right amount . She challenged us to report to YOU , YAB .
My parents being senior citizens and ex-senior civil servants ,are disgusted with such treatment . This will surely spoil the image of you GOVT.
