I second that...Robinson Hall is a great name for East. If I had any money - I'd definitely contribute toward that...I'm sure they'll find a great replacement but Bill Robinson is surely one of Whitworth's best. I still remember the days when he'd ride his bike around campus, eat with students...he always knew EVERYONE's name...thanks for everything Bill!

I worked at Whitworth for a year and would have stayed simply because Bill was such a great person to work for and with. I wish him the best. I know he made Whitworth a great place. Naming the dorm after him would be a wonderful honor. Keep hitting the hoops Bill!

"Relational style" is an apt description indeed! He greeted me by name every time our paths crossed during my entire 4 years at Whitworth. I was also impressed by his conciliatory approach toward all student and faculty factions, and I can't imagine another president like him.
