The download option is available yet because our ecommerce system doesn't allow us to put an electronic delivery item on back order. Silly perhaps, but that's the reason. :-)

It would be great if 4.5 users (64-bit) could get a free upgrade since 4.5 never worked anyway. No way am I paying for an upgrade. I have been highly disappointed wit this product.

I have been using plug in suite 3 and did not upgrade because I use Photoshop 64 bit which is not supported. If I read the announcement correctly, only Windows 64 bit is supported.

I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to setup and how well it worked with my Nikon D700 and Vista 64 laptop. The only issue was my test of the burst mode - locked up the program.

Had Windows 7 issues with Plug-In Suite 4.5 but this is how I got around them. I right clicked and selected 'Properties' and set compatibility mode to 'Vista' on CS4 and the original install and the 4.5.1 update. Then I ran the in...stalls and when I re-started PS the service error 11 was gone and it ran fine! Yeah! I was pretty scared too since I love this Suite so much (as do my customers)!!Read More
