@jefferey - You are correct. However, GOP wins are good for NAT GAS, governemnt $$$$ for big oil and gas companies. Nothing to do with renewables.

Having said that, I support the exploitation and use of natural gas for power generation.

No one said anything about pollution. BUT WE DO NEED JOBS DOWN HERE IN FLA, so.....this should definitely help get us some....which MAKES SENSE

energy from water is better. as in hydrogen... no emissions

1 form of energy that is in great abundance that requires no transportation costs(it's already everywhere), minimal investment to harness, and we use it daily as it is. No work done on this. Since the only money to be made would be through furnishing parts and repairs. sad really.. when the money men have exhausted all the resources they can charge for maybe then we will see an energy revolution.

Right now oil refinerys in Pennsylvania are mainly regulated by National Board Inspection code(new equipment), and API in service production equipment. Just looking for regulatory jurisdiction group that handles Natural Gas Equipment. (spheres,bullets,piping)

Hi ! Bruce. I am glad to hear that states are stating to act on different Energy. We need to work on all new ways.Wind,Solar as well as Natural Gas. Can not plan for only one thing. I am sure you know. USA. needs to bring jobs back as well and New Energy as I think Pickens said in past will mean new jobs.. A Win/Win for US.

Mr. Pickens as a Natural Gas Producer, and leader of the inducstry. What is your opinion on how China is suggesting to structure the price of their Natural Gas Resources?(read below) And do you believe this pricing has merit in the United States Commodity Market? Should this be accomplished before Nat Gas Bill is implemented this year?The Chinese government will form a reasonable ratio of natural gas prices to fuel oil and refined oil prices, disclosed one of executives for China Petrochemical Corp. (Sinopec Group).

For the moment, China gets natural gas from various resources, including domestic oilfields and foreign suppliers. Liquefied natural gas (LNG) importers and foreign suppliers in talks need to agree that the LNG prices will be linked to crude oil prices, which will involve a couple of LNG projects in Guangdong, Fujian, and Shanghai.

The government needs to clinch the scheme for the natural gas pricing reform before the beginning of 2010. At that time, the second pipeline of the country's West-to-East Natural Gas Transmission Program will start service with Turkmenistan as the major gas source, a source said in a previous report. ...
