According to Zillow, Boulder home values increased 4.1% in 2Q09. Nationwide, the same index is showing a 12.1% decline. Sounds like good news, if you believe it.

Reacting to slow sales, the latest price drop was massive. The average asking price decreased $114,227. One particular unit dropped over $250,000. Asking prices now range from $230,000 to $600,000, compared with $350,000 to $950,000 when the development first opened.
