i especially love how this tells you that high fructose corn syrup is bad for you, contrary to those stupid commercials they have now a days defending them because its cheap and efficient but they dont mention the negatives about using it. as long as it keeps the companys wallets fight right? after all theyre the ones drinking bubbly while we're drinking beverages filled with high fructose corn syrup.

When you cut out a lot of carbs, you don't need to snack because you are not constantly raising your insulin. Snacking is not good for the body. We were not meant to be grazers like cows.

Katelyn - while this approch may work for you, I highly doubt it would for most. A healthy diet should consist of all food groups, and keeping your insulin at a steady level can be managed effectively with healthy snacking. I believe it would be more helpful to educate ppl on choosing the right foods, not to cut them out. Healthy snacking works for me!

Anyone figure out how to get the 2nd point each day. I have "interacted" with the site today...and can't get the 2nd pt. :(

And the issues with finding the workouts and the meals is a PAIN!! I want something short and sweet..and why can't we download these workouts to our ipods.....I am not taking 3 printed pages to the gym.
