I've been cooking my birds per this original article for years now - It's fantastic!!! The very first year I did a 25lb. bird and had 12 people - there were absolutely _no_ leftovers! Had to cook a _second_ bird on Sunday just so that we could have leftover turkey meat!

My co-workers and I are thinking about ordering a whole smoked turkey for Thanksgiving. Maybe that's cheating but we agreed it would taste a lot better than the turkeys we normally prepare, - AND it woud be a whole lot easier! http://tinyurl.com/yhnp9re

See Moreonce a yr!!!! then you have more time to enjoy making other side dishes ~ besides, the smoked turkey is already cooked, alls you do is reheat it... perfecto everytime!!! :) ♥

I like the bleeding special effect. We've been going for goulish in our Halloween baking. My daughter made great chocolate cake (recipe in http://ow.ly/xELO) but after she frosted and decorated it, it looks too scary to eat.
