I hope both the causes/organizations and those who advise them finally understand - being online is not enough. It has become a new form of greenwashing, astro-turfing, ribbonizing or whatever you want to call it. To take it to the next level, to have an impact (and through that to demonstrate value and build trust), that is hard. Nobody has truly figured it out.
