Whooohooo! just got a letter from the Syracuse New Times letting us know that our album "Generation of Waste" has been nominated for a SAMMY (Syracuse Area Music Award) in the Alternative/New Rock/Metal category! Also nominated in our category -- The Action!, Wishpool, From Ruins, Titanium Black.
The nominee's were... selected by Le Moyne College's Music Department. The award ceremony is June 5th!

Control Escape here's an update about the show at Wells College on Saturday. General Admission is 5 bucks. there's a "Coney Island" themed festival in the afternoon followed by 3 bands in the evening. Control Escape is playing @ 7:45. Dr. A. Carl Leopold of the Boyce Thompson Institute at Cornell University will give a lecture at Wells College in celebration of Earth Day. The free talk, “‘The Land Ethic’ and the Aldo Leopold Legacy,” will take place on Wednesday, April 22 at 4:30 pm in Stratton Hall 209. ...
