Hey anyone know any good lawyers...I need one for my landlord who has been creeping around upstairs when I am trying to take a bath and he has been coming upstairs without notification. He also had my dog Rocky whom I have had for only 2 weeks taken away while I was out of town. I had my roomate and a friend dog sitting while I was gone for 4 days. I have to go to court next Monday because he is trying to evict me and I have only lived there since 9/1/2009. He does not like my dog and my dog is protecting me and he got in trouble for it. He also say's that upstairs which I have a roomate which we both were paying $400.00 a month for the upstairs which included: Electric, gas, water, direct tv and internet. Which he has locked me out of going on the network, took away the hose so I can not clean my things outside and the panel in the kitchen the electric does not work. He has invaded my space and has made me not feel safe in my own home. Which I have done all the cleaning in the house and all the yardwork also.

Another problem that I am having is that I was let go from Bellevue Faimly practice located in Bellevue Ne. They fired me because I was ill. They said I no called no show...That is kind of funny because I have all my text that I sent my boss and on the secound day I made an appointment. My appointment was at 11:15 am, was not called into the back until 11:45 and still sat in the room for another 1/2. To top it off they sent me a bill...How could I have a bill if I never showed up? They also were arguing about what I had. I have had the same problem for years and I should now my body better than anyone don't u think?

They also went into my phone and took out the work number and my boss's number. They also went as far as leaving me a read between the lines message from the line which is not used by voicemail, so the message was for me....If I cought it I am sure a well educated lawyer can really help me out. I have everything set up all ready, just need some back up")




I would appreciate it kindly and I will repay you when I get the money from them. I feel embarrassed to ask, but I really need some help from anyone right now.
