Jim The White House: When I was a kid in High School, I developed an intrest in reading the congressional Record. Somewhere along the line I quit doing that. I just started looking up some various bills and came across this site. It is utterly amazing what they are doing in Congress. Making bills on Commemorative postage stamps, to use the... rotunda for a celebration, honoring a musician? Damn, lots of important no wonderstuff that we are sending them there for....no wonder that they don't have time for ....important things.
