@Scott Milton: I don't know of too many new sites that offer free refills - other than the ones that I've listed. It seems that everyone is commoditizing their content and putting it on the prop shop. If you're looking to invest in some libraries, I could recommend a few.
Honestly, I don't have too many vintage synt...h refills. However the usual suspects include the Pink Noise Studio Analog Monsters. Lapjockeys Flatpacks include a lot of great vintage synth samples, and another one that's cool is Chris Stewart's G Drive. (Tweakheads should also check out his P-Drive refill)
As far as drums are concerned, I really like the Jason McGerr library. For Record Users, the Fistful of Drummer multi-track stems are really amazing to work with. These are available from Loopmasters. For some really beefy drum hits, you should check out Kikbak's MPC refill - he did a nice job producing and treating these samples.

Here's a little something i've been working on. This is a development version of an analog synth refill library. The samples are from a mono synth, but expanded into polyphonic instruments and combis. Please give it a try and let me know what you think. Please post suggestions and feedback here.
