David Malmo-Levine is a marijuana activist from Vancouver known for hosting the 4/20 and Cannabis Day rallies. He was also the organizer of The Vancouver School of Drugwar History and Organic Cultivation (known as the Herb School). David was charged with possession for... the purpose of trafficking and has been sentenced on October 28th 2009 to six months in jail. He is currently serving his sentence at the Fraser Regional Correctional Centre in Maple Ridge, BC. He is a NON-VIOLENT activist who should NOT be behind bars!
