WTLC: The Women's Transitional Living Center is a shelter for victims of domestic violence and child abuse. The non-profit, community-based organization ...is committed to seeking solutions to end domestic violence, human trafficking and other forms physical and emotional abuse. Services are available to all regardless of race, gender, religion, age or national origin. WTLC is the only program in Orange County that provides shelter for clients with substance abuse problems, mental illnesses, and human trafficking victims. FCLO partnered with the Fox Theatre Fullerton's 'Hollywood '70's Flashback' featuring live comedy performance on stage on Sat. June 27th. The sold out extravaganza raised over $30,000 to help restore the sacred Grand Dame.
