Daughters of Virtue & Esteem, Inc. (D.O.V.E.). We have been a local faith based mentorship program in Phoenix, AZ since 2001. A former juv...enile detention officer (10yrs); my heart wept for girls whose lives were destroyed before they began because no one ever taught them self value or worth...or told her she's beautiful, smart, loved... made in God's image.
