JASON FUBAR - BIOGRAPHY JASON FUBAR has been performing since 1988 and over the years has gained a massive amount of knowledge in all genres of electronic dance music. He started his career playing around the south coast of the UK and playing at the holiday destinations of Corfu in Greece and Magaluf in Majorca, to pl...aying at some of the world's greatest clubs. Jason Fubar has managed to take his own formula to a global audience, also playing in India, USA, The Middle East, Africa, Asia and all over Europe. DJ BIOGRAPHY You can’t really type cast or Pidgeon hole Fubar into any one genre as he’s one of those djs that has crossed barriers and moved with the times. Since the early days of Acid House playing in London and the South Coast moving on to Funky US Vocal House and then on to the Rave movement, through the years of Trance, Hard House and back to Electro, Techno, & full circle back to Tribal, Vocal, Electro House - JASON FUBAR has weathered every changed and adapted to move the times. Even today he refuses to be held in any genre commenting “ I Like all kinds of Electronic music from Funky House through to full on Drum n Bass so why be picky and not follow a few paths instead of one” Recently a lot of Trance djs are seen playing Electro House sets, but Fubar has been crossing both paths for many years. More recently is style has spawned 3 new events at the Syndicate: SYNDICATE SESSIONS: Vocal Funky House Music with Fubar at the helm for a 5 hour set once a month. Hed Kandi & Pukka up have also featured regularly at the club with Fubar in as support. ELEKTROFUNK: Twisted, Tribal, Underground House which has also featured many guest djs this year, In the past few years this night has featured ERICK MORILLO, DAVID GUETTA, FELIX DA HOUSECAT, TIMO MAAS and many more superstars with Fubar guiding the events TRANSATION: High octane & full on Trance with Fubar delving into the past, Present & future Trance Anthems. This year he has played alongside ARMIN VAN BUUREN, PAUL OAKENFOLD and many more. Jason Fubar has held residencies with some of the world’s greatest dance music institutions including: MINISTRY OF SOUND (2001/2002) GATECRASHER (Resident 2005/06) SYNDICATE SUPERCLUB (The Uks Biggest Superclub) 2002 – PRESENT HED KANDI – PROMOTER IN MAJORCA & BLACKPOOL 2003 – PRESENT BCM & MILLENIUM (MAJORCA, SPAIN) 1994 – 2000 JASON FUBAR PAST – PRESENT – FUTURE The past is something that Fubar treasures as he has played across the planet in almost every geographical territory and he is still revered as one of the best touring residents around. His residency & promoting of the Uks biggest club – The Syndicate Superclub is still where his heart lie’s in his home town of Blackpool, but the success of the Syndicate has spawned another club in Bristol and more clubs are planned in the near future. Having just signed two tracks this year to media Records in the UK his project “Ibiza Knights” is set to storm the airwaves and clubs next year when released in time for the Winter Music Conferences and in time for the summer and he has now enough tracks produced to make a few albums so expect to hear his production skills & voice (as he’s singing now) on some hot recordings early next year 2008. 2008 promises to be another fantastic year for Fubar and with dates already booked in Asia, USA and all over Europe he’s again going to be a very busy man in 2008.
