I Love Libraries Atlanta Journal-Constitution: 500 rally to save Gwinnett library (Associated Press) - Hundreds of people rallied Saturday to try to keep a Gwinnett County library from closing. About 500 people showed up carrying umbrellas and wearing "Save Dacula's Library!" T-shirts. Officials have weighed shuttering the library to save money.

The branch in our neighborhood serves a relatively impoverished part of the city. All the workstations are full every time I go, but there is a 1 hour per day per person time limit. I understand this policy is driven by demand, but that's not enough time to do job search related activities. The poor get poorer...
