Surprised you already got this news.. I got it from one of my friends thru email, ha. Anyway- I agree with the message from Diana to let deaf people know about using their name first when making any relay calls. I've had my share of experiences in dealing with various relay services and some of them stubbornly refuses to use my name ... See Morefirst because of company policy. That led to many hearing people mistaking my call for a telemarketing one and hang up. It's frustrating and obviously it's an important issue that needs to be addressed to all relay services so they may change their policy to use our name first then theirs second.

How do they get deafie's vp number?? Or how do they get vp number to call relay interpreter???
