Susquehanna Folk Got a phone call from the Cultural Attachet of the Quebec Government a few days ago. They are thrilled that Susquehanna Folk is building an audience for French Canadian music by presenting great bands from Quebec like DENTDELION (Le Vent Du Nord, Genticorum and others) and offered their support of next weeks concert. YEAH!

Susquehanna Folk Heading to Bethesda, MD tomorrow with a group from the York County Convention and Visitors Bureau. We're going to be delivering the bid to the National Council of the Traditional Arts to host the National Folk Festival in York in 2011, 2012 and 2013. The York County Convention and Visitors Bureau has done a really nice... job getting pledges and support letters. Wish us luck!
