Nov. 13 (Bloomberg) -- The Obama administration is confident Congress will raise the country’s debt limit by year end to avert a showdown similar to the one that shuttered parts of the government in 1995, administration officials said.

Justin Amash Please support my good friend Jordan Bush, candidate for state representative in the 75th District (eastern part of Grand Rapids). We need more individuals like him in the Michigan Legislature.

Justin Amash Naturally, we've had a floor vote this term EXPANDING the state's power to seize and dispose of your property without a conviction. Only three reps voted no. You can view the roll call vote here: http://michiganvotes.org/RollCall.aspx?ID=419977.

Justin Amash A reporter again misses the mark. My joint resolution, HJR Z, nullifies ANY new law that forces participation in a health care system. It targets mainly Michigan gov't, not the federal gov't (Tenth Amendment already covers that). Unfortunately, Prof. Friedman was not given a copy of HJR Z, because he would have recogni...zed that it is markedly different from other proposals, including the one introduced by Sen. Kuipers.

Now that the U.S. House of Representatives has passed its version of the enormously controversial healthcare reform bill, the debate on universal healthcare is set to heat up even more as the bill comes to the Senate, where it will be significantly harder for the Democrats to squeak out a victory. ....

Why don't we do something more useful with that money, like fund some orphanages, food lines for the unemployed, start a fund to support the empeachment of Obama, ext. Anything could be more useful then what they are doing with it, even burning it would ranks a smidge above, but only on the moral pretext of not letting those greedy F***s have it. Homeless shelters, anything really.

Justin Amash According to Representative Earl Blumenauer of Oregon, who supports the health care bill, the president asked, “Does anybody think that the teabag, anti-government people are going to support them if they bring down health care? All it will do is confuse and dispirit” Democratic voters “and it will encourage the extremists.”

prescriptions.blogs.nytimes.com
The president, according to one Congressman, told Democrats that a failed health care bill would "encourage extremists."

Reading this article makes me laugh. I did not know that supporting fiscal responsibility, holding elected officials accountable and wanting politicians to actually adhere to their oath to uphold the Constitution was radical or unAmerican. I am antigov't though, this gov't anyway because I do not consider them legitimate Americans, afterall they are not following the law of the land, they are perverting it.
