Houston 48 Hour Film Project The 1st Annual "Houston Comedy Film Festival" will be held in Houston, Texas over four days from December 8-11, 2009 at the Studio Movie Grill City Centre at 805 Town and Country Lane, Bldg 10A, Suite 200, Houston, TX 77024. The HCFF serves as a forum for comedy filmmakers, comedy screenwriters and stand-up comedians f...rom all over the world to showcase their films to a Houston audience. All films will be digitally screened in HD (High Definition) Blu-Ray DVD or SD (Standard Definition) DVD at a Digital Movie Theater.
