Super Blooper ko pa. Medyo informal yung awards night kasi super late na. Pagod na lahat at lasing n...a sa wine at beer. Robert Malengreau was speaking French. Ako naman not paying attention, nakaupo lang sa tabi ng stage. Nung nagpalakpakan, palakpak din ako. Tapos yung isang organizer, tinuturo ako sa microphone. Di ako makita ni Robert kasi nandun ako sa tabi. So tinulak na ako sa stage. In the blinding flashes of cameras, wala ako nasabi kundi "What's happening? I don't speak French." Akala ko babatukan ako ni Robert. May natawanan. Meron din naiyak kasi akala umiiyak ako. Ano ba?
The Brussels fest for me was not a film festival, It was a food festival. Di ako nakanuod ng sine kasi kain kami ng kain. Di umiinom ng tubig mga tao dito, puro alak. But I evolved several levels (artisitically ha, hindi physically) because of the people I met there. Benta pa yung American accent ko. hahaha. Ayus.
