The name may have changed, but it’s still the same great contest! The PBS KIDS GO! Writers Contest begins January 2010, and will carry on the tradition that began over 15 years ago with the READING RAINBOW Young Writers and Illustrators Contest.

WCVE TV: For many readers, Louisa May Alcott is synonymous with her most famous character, Jo March, the spirited sister in Alcott’s classic “Little Women.” The beloved writer’s real life is the subject of the film “Louisa May Alcott: The Woman Behind ‘Little Women’.” Watch this episode of “American Masters” December 28th at 10 PM on WCVE PBS.
