MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- A racially charged television ad run by Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman's campaign last year constitutes protected free speech, a three-judge panel determined Thursday, dismissing ethics charges against him.

it is amazing that when the facts are the facts you have a problem with it, The ad was accurate, it is the ignorance interpretation of the information that leads to the wrong conclusion. It is like the left never selectively use fact to mislead. Nancy did that with her jail for not buying health care, are you concerned over the issue she won't ... See Moreanswer the question, is it a crime to not have health care? of course not because she is depending on the ignorance of the viewr to assume that by answering the provision is not there. misleading? I say it is. just as the public not taking the time to know of this case and the facts, no one has a responsibility to give all the facts so you the dummy gets it right.... to bad for you and to bad for those that got it wrong.

isn't the wrong interpretation what the ad intended in the first place? intent dosen't count??? most of the public dosen't take time, and this ad exploited that for sure

absolutely not, it only counts after the decision was found that the information was wrong. intent was to place information that allowed you to be ignorant of the facts, and make your own conclusion..... Then nancy is guilty because she intends to divert from the truth by not answering questions, or addressing the facts.... obama is quilt y because of his conflicting statements....

The House health-reform bill looked better after I heard a GOP blizzard of falsehoods about it.
Jeff Wenzel
Jeff Wenzel
What you have to wonder with her reading of what the GOP said is if she was selectively not connecting the dots. example, no one will go to jail if you don't buy insurance, well if your fined for that decision not to buy insurance, and then are prosecuted for not paying the fine, you have been jailed for not buying insurance. Every one will be ... See Moretaxed, just because it is not a sur tax, but a payroll tax, that is a tax. And it a cost to the employer for having you work for them, just as are all other taxes paid. The stimulus bill was suppose to PREVENT unemployment from going over 8%, we are now at 10.2%, it kept unemployment from getting worse, worse then what? The under employed, unemployed, and quit looking numbers are over 17%, that is 27 million americans out of work. The stimulus bill sucked money out of the economy, cost $300,000+ for every job allegedly created, and 3 million Americans have lost their job since the stimulus was passed.

Having to buy a qualifying plan is a madated uniform insurance minimum, and will force younger people to buy plans that may be more then they need, and pay for coverages they would rather opt out of, and employers will have to provide coverages they would not want to pay for and then choose to just pay the payroll tax, the government may not force you out of your insurance, but they sure will make it foolish for you to not drop it and take the government plan.

Insurance being more then the minimum coverage will be Cadillac plans and also be subject to a tax. but then again with all the so called negatives of the plan by the gop, she did only manage o find a few to try and debunk, that sure does leave a lot that must be true, and of course this type of information by Marcus is slanted to the 35% of the public that does not know who Biden is!
