My reaction: Parts of it are very good (e.g., asset sales, education), but parts of it are re...ally lacking (maintaining health and superannuation as socialised systems run by bureaucrats and politicians is a real mistake).

Some of you who watched Back Benches may have seen my argument with Russel Norman over labour productivity. He claimed that in the 90s, Labour productivity was below 1 percent, where as I said it averaged around 3 percent and dropped to 1percent after Peters and Cullen had ramped up Government expenditure.
