Ok, that was exhausting to read, and really not all THAT funny! It annoyed me that the pax used "Richard" umpteen times. lol.
Also, everyone knows that when travelling in coach/economy/world traveller class one should ALWAYS carry an emergency snack pack just in case the food doesnt meet your standards-which it normally does not.

True. Ultimately I think you have to call, unless you were fortuitous enough to purchase one of the tracking apps which some phones offer. It's also a good reason to use a credit card in cabs (so you know what company you were with).
