Richie Furay, who was a founding member of Buffalo Springfield, Poco, and Souther, Hillman & Furay agreed to perform a "house concert" at my home. I have been long time fans of Richie's music and developed a friendship about 12 years ago. He was to perform in our backyard on August 24th. However, since I am on the Boa...rd of Directors of the Millburn-Short Hills Chamber of Commerce I offered to turn my "house concert" into a chamber fundraising event. Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee Richie Furay along with his band will perform for the Millburn initiative to help promote a sense of pride in the community. I invite you to join me in supporting this community event and obtain your tickets early since seating is limited.
