It still comes back to taking responsibility for ones health and also that of our children. Parent's control what our kids eat. If we teach them good habits and the consequences associated with bad habits, then hopefully they stick. Nutrition, physical activity and social interaction.

Alaska Department of Health and Social Services Video of DHSS press availibility on H1N1 vaccine distribution. The state has decided to expand the offer of H1N1 vaccine to all Alaskans beginning Dec. 1, 2009. Previously the vaccine had been limited to people in the five priority groups.
