Duncan Ereth Interesting comments on the poutine site. I really miss the chicken and the great sauces at les rotisseries St. Hubert. I am going to google to try to find their sauces. Attached is the stop sign in Mistassini, (I found out where it is).
Duncan Ereth Where is Mistassini? I prefer the Montreal poutine to the stuff that they sell here in Calgary. In montreal they used real cheese curd, not grated cheese.
