It started as a simple battle with a few tomatoes in a small Spanish village a bit over 60 years ago. Now it's the world's greatest and craziest food fight! It is a total carnage of tomatoes and as hundreds of PP passengers found out, the only way you can really get the feel for Buñol's La Tomatina 2009 was to be right... in the middle of it! Held annually on the last Wednesday in August, our Valencia-based tour was our biggest and best to date. On top of getting totally messed up with the red stuff, we partied until the wee hours in the sensational La Claca nightclub as well as Vivir Sin Dormir (live without sleep) bar on the beach front.
