So far, I am not impressed by the new owners lack of communication. Do they not realise they have purchased a tarnished brand that needs a serious change of approach to restore.

Question on a billing issue by VisiumGroup/PropertySecrets.
I placed a 1 month subscription order for 9.99 in July. I then cancelled the rebilling and received an email from July from Visiumgroup saying words to the effect of "you've cancelled - you will not be rebilled". On Aug 3rd I was rebilled.
Perhaps a simple mis...take by Visiumgroup/PropertySecrets. However 4 emails sent over the last 10 days to service@visiumgroup.com and service@propertysecrets.com requesting a refund have received no reply or even acknowledgement. A phone call to the main number at 3pm today received an answering phone message.
Does anyone know how I can reach this company? Perhaps they could reply?Read More
