        Roads and highways were upgraded, but maybe we should be spending it on growing new industry that is better for environment and encourages public transportation, community farms and other improvements to quality of life within local communi...ties. But, before we do anything, we must amend the constitution and overturn Citizens United decision, eliminate gerrymandering, the electoral college and legal bribery in elections. We have to have publicly funded campaigns in order to get our democracy back.See More
