Thomas Jane brought a different side of the Punisher - the cerebral payback kinda storyline. It had a good balance between classic punisher & the MAX series with majority of it drawing from Welcom Back Frank. The introduction to the SKULL TEE was the most engaging part for me... which was severely LACKING in War Zone coz Lexi Alexander tot it was 'so juvenile' to have the SKULL logo. *WARNING ALERT* that was a bad sign when the very icon of the Punisher is considered as too 'juvenile' by the director!
I enjoyed both & rate them equally well as both had strong & weak points. War Zone & Ray really ROCKED the Punisher back on track... but sad to say not many ppl tot so at the box office. To give the previous its due, I was very impressed with it when I found out that it was made for only US$30 million! All in!! A movie like twilight cost probably double that!! Also did u know that The Punisher movie won 2 Taurus Awards? Its a stuntman movie awards!! Jonathan Hensleigh did well!

Nathan Watched it again yesterday... I'll watch it again tomorrow... I've always been a fan of the comic, and Ray Stevenson brought Frank Castle to life. I never get tired of this movie.

John Anthony i wanted to see this when it hit theaters but didn't get the chance, i finally watched it tonight and i really enjoyed it, best of the 3 punisher films...they finally got a guy who looks like the punisher. great action, great violence, great characters!!! good job stayin true to the comic! def buyin on blu ray!!

and dont miss there is a sequel coming said by Ray Stevenson himself featuring the Barracuda character and Kathy O'brien as a female companion to Frank!!!! Dont miss that out...//!!?
