Just watched "Coming out to class". It was really interesting and showed a lot of issues that aren't shown or discussed in schools because it isn't recognised as a problem by the people higher up the the educational system, which is stupid. I was 'outted' last year because someone screamed it across the girls changing ...rooms (not exactly the best place). But because of that people talk to me at my school and I'm trying to get to speak to my headteacher about tackeling the problems that are just swept under the rug or not even reported at all because people are too scared to own up. it reminded me about me at school and i no where u coming from about finding it hard to come out at school. i came out and 21 not by choice i was kicked out from home cos mum found my porn and web site address as i was on holiday. we didnt talk for 2half years ...now we talk abit but no where near as close as we was i see her once a month if that. i found my mates helped me the most for coming out. thanks for making the show so i could see i wasnt the only one that felt that way. xRead More

Just watched your "Coming Out To Class" programme, I thought it was really exilerating to see someone who actually wants to listen and understand, being a gay man myself I came out at 15 on the Isle of Wight, not one of the friendliest places. Since then I have built a life for myself, sometimes with a price and it doe...sn't help that being such a closed minded place, even the gay people are against each other. I hope that a good number of people saw your show and I hope that it is the start of something better :)
