
Christine Dixon day 16 without a puff, i still dont feel like a non smoker, only like im denying myself somthing i really want. i am having mixed feelings about not smoking, i miss it but i love being able to breath. maybe cold turkey was a mistake, but im afraid to try the gum because i have been nicotine free for so long.

Question: My first quit was Sept 1. I used 7 patches between then and after Oct 11 (second quit). I'm going to quit (3rd) again on Jan 1 with the patches I have, minus the 7, right? How do I do that?
I already have Steps 2 and 3.
