Reformasi Birokrasi Polri
Dalam rangka membangun kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap Polri, pihak polda kalbar telah mengeluarkan program reformasi birokrasi polri, yang diberi nama Quick Wins. Menampilkan program program unggulan yang dijadikan prioritas utama.
Yang Pertama Quick Respon, dengan tujuan agar semua laporan yang datang dari masyarakat dapat direspon dengan cepat oleh polisi. Untuk itu, polda telah melengkapi dengan menyediakan mobil patroli yang bertuliskan nomor telpon yang bias dihubungi.
Yang kedua pemberian SP2P, atau surat pemberitahuan perkembangan hasil penyelidikan. Bertujuan setiap warga yang melaporkan adanya tindak pidana, akan mendapatkan laporan mengenai perkembangan kasus yang sedang ditangani tersebut
Yang ketiga, dalam penerimaan anggota polisi yang baru, akan dilakukan secara bersih dan transparan. Dimana dala hal ini polisi tidak bekerja sendiri, tetapi ikut melibatkan masyarakat, wartawan, tokoh masyarakat bahkan para akademisi dan para anggota dewan
Dan yang keempat, dalam pelayanan pembuatan SIM, akan dilaksanakan secara transaparan
Menurut Suhadi SW, Humas Polda Kalbar, program ini sudah mulai berjalan, dan respon dari masyarakat pun sangat baik terhadap program ini.
