scott I remember being about 7 when my brother started teaching me to play guitar.AC/DC and kiss ect... then i heard Randy rhoads play guitar and my life changed forever.
He played guitar like no other.
That is why i am a Randy Rhoads fan FOREVER.

from other bands from the seventies coming out by the barrel??? Led
Zep, Deep Purple, UFO... Especially with MTV in the eighties. You would
think those bands would have found a way to get that stuff out to the
fans. I never saw videos of Shenker
exc...ept MSG. Live UFO footage + Randy Rhoads footage in the eightie and nineties = 0+0 = 0!!!!!!!
WTF??? I'm not complaining, I'm just pissed off I had to wait 30 years
to see Real Rock and Roll on video... 30 YEARS!!!

I had a hard time finding a copy of Strangers in the Night when it was released, in Vancouver. Same with Unleashed in the East, Blizzard of Ozz etc. Funny though, all the Randy/Ozzy Jet records EP's, picture discs were in relative abundance. I had already heard 6 or so live songs from the Blizzard of Ozz band (original line-up) before I heard the studio stuff!!! What a stupid candyass country I live in.

I predict when the movie comes out the number of people joining us is going to multiply tenfold. I think it's going to be bigger than Sundance, Academy Awards etc. It's just such a compelling true Cinderella story that people are attracted to with a very unhappy ending.

[Ed!]No updates for now...waiting till the end of the month into January and we may have better infoo then. As far as the Doc. Trailer it's been mulled over ad nauseum and has nothing to do when the Documentary comes out. Thats no offense to you just letting you know that the trailer is old news it's been on thousands of sites. :)

[Ed!]Well I just let the person who took the photo know...he'll let me know and I'll post the answer if I can. He's such a cool guy with other things on his plate....I wrote to him that I would not be surprised if he cared. He should at least be known as the person who took the famous photo!!! He comes by here and posts occassionally...he's a huge Randy fan as you would expect!!!

RANDY RHOADS [Ed!]"That Metal Show" from last weekend Jim Florentine is sporting a black Randy shirt with three different photos of Rand on it in white print. It said Randy Rhoads 1956 - 1982 on it as well. It really stood out the whole show. Very nice touch. Also just to remind everyone who does not know Rand's Birthday is coming ...up soon on Dec. 6 and you can leave B-day messages to him here! Rest in Peace Randy my Brother!!!

[Ed!] I think what happens isthat in the message I write that Dolores is looking forward to seeing people at the memorial in March also that she is doing well and teaching at the school. I think some people hit the like in regards to different things. I also say in the message that we hope things get sorted out for Kelly in the future so that he can attend agian at some point and people may have clicked the like for that as well...that being that things get resolved! :)
