Sarah Phillips

Sarah Phillips I'm looking at the book "Vampire Academy". It looks good, but is it a book appropriate for a 14 year old?

Junaid محمد جنید انوار "Confessions of Economic Hitman" by John Perkins; in this book John explain how group of economists can and are easily controlling the world. Not even companies or corporations, rather countries. Interesting insight into Economists life and experiences.

The Reader's Nook

The Reader's Nook here's a higher-level talk by Elizabeth Gilbert. She wrote Eat Pray Love and gives a really interesting take on creativity. Watch the whole thing!

TED Talks Elizabeth Gilbert muses on the impossible things we expect from artists and geniuses -- and shares the radical idea that, instead of the rare person "being" a genius, all of us "have" a genius. It's a funny, personal and surprisingly moving talk.
Paul

Paul Hey, does anybody know where I can find some good fantasy ebooks for free? I've already done the dragonlance series, terry brooks books and the delver magic series. the quality wasn't that great in the first two... I'm looking for places where I can download legal copies of interesting ebooks for free... - Googled some but turned out with a bunch of old books - not that great!

Natanya Auerbach

Natanya Auerbach I just reread Margaret Atwood's Oryx and Crake (I read it about a year ago, but I'm going to use it in an essay, so I needed to read it again). Definitely worth rereading...I feel like it hit me a lot more the second time around. Of course, now I feel like the world is going to end...
