Hi Everyone,
There has been some Twitter posts about RefWorks being unavailable this weekend; this is misinformation as we do not have any planned maintenance.

Hi. Question about importing: I have a bunch of references from pubmed (saved it as txt file, medline) but when i actually import the file it says "No references imported - Make sure you selected the
correct Import Filter and that the data you are importing is in a
tagged format." thanks

Question from a user, so I get to try this out! A student is wondering if they should use the ref format personal communication for an interview. I can find a description of it and the sample bib stuff at the bottom of the blank record doesn't help. Here is their exact question:
" was just wondering how to "Add a new... Reference" on Refworks for a face-to-face
interview. Would it be considered "Personal Communication?" If so, where would I
put the business titles of the people I talked to, or would I just put this
information in the Abstract? Also, where do I put the date found and what
organization they are from?"

Ben Lange what is RefMobile and can I use it on my iphone?
