We are so so so bummed about the weather canceling the RBB concert. We were really looking forward to hearing Peggy sing and we love the Cape Henlopen HS Band. Let's hope next year has stunning weather to make up for this year's!

I would love the no smoking rule! Also (and maybe this is already done) but can we get some speakers facing the boardwalk? The seats are always taken by time I get there, so I like to sit on the boardwalk, but I can't ever hear the words! Well, not easily at least.

Rachel, this has been discussed, it's not a closed option. We are trying to go over the legistics of monitoring the sound levels, balancing the different EQ's, and other sound 'problems.' Also, we LOVE that the bandstand is great for the audience, but we don't want to overpower the avenue with the music for those who aren't there for the show (... Read Moresuch as the ones walking by on the boardwalk and the local walk-up vendors). It's definitely not a closed discussion, just a lot to research to make it work for all.
