
Richard's Bistro Tuesday is a menu change, seared scallops with creamed lentils and briskit, duck in a mason jar, basil crusted lamb lollipops and grilled Berkshire pork chops with a smoked bacon broth and a few more suprises.

Richard's Bistro Meatloaf Sunday was a great success so much so that we ran out ! Next Sunday is one of my personal favorites. Roasted pork shoulder with yellow rice and black beans and for dessert rice pudding. I have to admit this is an entree that my wife permitted me to use - LOL. Her large family gathers every few Sundays to enj...oy this slow roasted succulent pork - one I wouldn't miss if I were you :)
