Call for Nominations - RIT's Innovation Hall of Fame

Call for Nominations - RIT's Innovation Hall of Fame

With the recent opening of the Center for Student Innovation, we now
have a physical location on campus for our Innovation Hall of Fame, and
this week we begin an extensi...ve effort to secure qualified nominations
for the inaugural class of honored innovators. Our plan for the
inaugural class is to induct approximately four historic figures (e.g.
George Eastman) and an equal number of contemporary innovators.

This is your opportunity as a proud member of the RIT community to help
the nomination and selection committees to identify the most innovative
alumni, faculty, staff, and affiliates of the university. Criteria and
the online nomination form can be found at:

www.rit.edu/alumni/ihf

Alternatively, hard copy nominations may be delivered to:

RIT Innovation Hall of Fame

The deadline for submission is Tuesday, December 1, 2009.

class of inductees, and we hope to see you all at the induction
ceremony to be held on the eve of the 2010 Imagine RIT: Innovation
& Creativity Festival, Friday, April 30, from 6 to 8 p.m. in the
Center for Student Innovation on the RIT campus.
